Diane Toole

Diane Toole, 67, of Macon, GA, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022.  The family will greet friends Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Hart’s at the Cupola from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All About Animals, 101 Riverside Dr., Macon, GA 31201.

Daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Betty Jo Morgan Walker, Mrs. Toole was a graduate of A. L. Miller High School.  She worked at BellSouth for 47 years, starting when she was just 17 years old.  She enjoyed traveling, fishing, and going to plays.  She loved dancing and participated in a dance group.  Mrs. Toole loved her nieces and nephews.  She took care of everyone, even spoiling them.  She loved her animals, especially Buddy and Taz.

Mrs. Toole is survived by her husband of 31 years, Phil Toole of Macon; brother, Benji Walker of Brunswick, Georgia; sister-in-law, Gail Crook of Lizella; nephew, Clay Burnette of Lizella, Georgia; niece, Amy Newman (Chad) of Macon; great niece and nephew, Gabe Burnette, Sabastian Burnette, and Erica Carroll
