Debra Jo Davis

Macon- Debra Jo Davis, 49, of 741 Chapman Road, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, June 4, 2010. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 7, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park. Pastor Chris Dorrity will officiate. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 6, 2010 from 4-6 p.m. at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Born in Macon, she was employed with GEICO for thirty years in the accounts receivable department. She attended Cross Connection Church. Mrs. Davis was a faithful and incredible mother and daughter. Mrs. Davis is survived by her children, Joseph Kyle Sawyer, Chelsi Nicole Sawyer, Jason Connor Davis and Makayla Danielle Davis, all of Macon; father, Joseph Bennett Bond, Jr. of Macon; mother and stepfather , Barbara Elizabeth and Johnny Ivey of Macon; brother, Michael Bennett Bond of Culloden; grandmother, Louise Griffin of Byron; stepsisters, Angela Bullock of Forsyth and Lisa Ivey of Gray, and her faithful companions, Tucker and Snuggles.
