Born in Venezuala, She was the daughter of the late Charles H. Rounsaville and Vashti Lyon Tupper of Choundrant, Louisiana. She was a long time employee for Aetna Insurance Company working in the claims department. She is survived by her mother and her brother, Robbie (Becky) Rounsaville of Choundrant, Louisiana.
