David Lamb

David Lamb, 55, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Funeral services will be on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 1:00PM in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery North. Family will greet friends between 5:00-7:00PM on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Idyll Acres Horse Rescue Ranch, 312 Highway 18 West, Gray, Georgia 31032. Mr. Lamb was an avid University of Alabama fan. He worked at Colonial Bakery Company for almost over 30 years. Recently, he was working for Freudenberg Politex. Mr. Lamb was born in Dothan, Alabama and was a graduate of Central High School in Macon. He loved cooking on the grill with his family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Diana Lamb Smith (Lewis); sister, Lisa Lamb Rogers (Donnie); nephew, Lee Rogers; niece, Laura Rogers Henderson; four great nieces and nephews, Malea Rogers, Sophia Rogers, Noah Henderson, and Lorelai Henderson, all of Gray; and several cousins.
