David Hodge, 37, of Lizella, died Wednesday, April 14, 2021.  A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Roberta City Cemetery with the Reverend Tim Long and Daniel Hodge officiating.  Friends may drop in and view Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Hart’s at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beverly Knight Olson Children's Hospital, PO Box 7718, Macon, GA 31209.

A 2002 graduate of Crawford County High School, David grew up in Crawford County.  He was a proud American, an avid sports fan, and he loved fishing and debating politics.  He was a facility manager for COLSA at Robins Air Force Base.

David is survived by his daughters, Reagan Hodge and Remi Hodge; father, Bob Hodge (Mary Ann) of Lizella; mother, Ellen Johnson of Macon; brother, Daniel Hodge (Mary) of Macon; grandmother, Goldie Hodge of Lizella; nieces and nephews, Anzleigh, Cooper, Brantley, and one on the way, Dodger; stepbrother, Andrew; stepsister, Brooke; and the love of his life, Stephanie Hodge.
