Suwanee, GA- David T. Coleman, 70, of 7170 Hartsfield Place, Suwanee, GA died on Saturday, July 4, 2009. Services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola with Father Joe Greene officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Columba's Episcopal Church, 939 James Burgess Road, Suwanee, GA 30024 or to Children's Miracle Network (childrensmiraclenetwork.org - donating to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta).

Mr. Coleman, son of the late Woodrow W. Coleman and the late Evelyn Cowan Coleman, was born on January 31, 1939 in Macon, GA. He graduated from Lanier High School in 1957 and attended Mercer University. Mr. Coleman currently lived in Suwanee, GA and was a member of St. Columba's Episcopal Church. He was a real estate agent and broker for many years in the Macon and Atlanta areas. His designations were CRS, GRI, ABR and SRES. In 2008, he opened his own realty company, Red Barn Realty, Inc., in St. Simons Island.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife of fifty years, Myrna Hoyal Coleman; daughter, Leigh Ann Coleman Card (Matt) of Suwanee, GA; son, David T. Coleman, Jr. (Elenilda) of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Matthew Dorminey and Peyton Card, both of Suwanee, GA; aunt, Esther Cowan of Suwanee, GA.
