David Wayne Barfield

David Wayne Barfield, 58, of Pelham, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019.

David was born July 19, 1961 in Augusta, Georgia to Irene M. Barfield and the late Jimmie Lee Barfield, Sr.  He enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, and dabbling with woodwork.  He loved animals, especially dogs.  David’s most favorite thing to do was spend time and taking care of his beloved dog, Tater.

David is survived by his life partner and love of his life, Benita Hines of Pelham, Georgia; daughters, Kristen Nicole Barfield of Albany, Georgia and Amber Michelle Barfield Andrae of Pooler, Georgia; grandson, Reid Michael Andrae; mother, Irene M. Barfield of Silver Creek, Georgia; brothers, Jimmie Lee Barfield, Jr. (Linda) of Silver Creek; Edward Allen Barfield (Endrica) of Augusta, Georgia; and nieces and nephews.
