Darryl Bailey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother, Darryl Bailey, November 2, 2024.

Born on May 16, 1964, to parents John Robert and Dianne Bailey, Darryl lived life with a sense of adventure that few could match.

Whether he was sharing a joke, offering a helping hand, or planning his next escapade, Darryl brought light and laughter to all.

He had an incredible way of never meeting a stranger and making everyone feel important.

Though he has left this world far too soon, his kindness, tremendous love for animals, his talented decorating skills and his fun-loving spirit will remain with us always.

Darryl is survived by his sister Merica (Jeff) Morris, his twin brother David (Kelli) Bailey, his nieces Jessica (Eric) Sellers, Stacey (Casey) Whalen and his nephews Connor Morris, Grant Bailey, Harrison Bailey and Anderson Bailey, great nieces Hadley Whalen, Miller and Remi Sellers and great nephews Walker and Collier Whalen as well as many extended family members and treasured friends.

May we all continue to celebrate his life by embracing the joy he found in every moment and spreading the same kind of love, kindness and laughter he so effortlessly gave.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Save A Pet, Inc. at P.O. Box 933 Forsyth, GA 31029.
