Darix Johnson

Macon- Darix M. Johnson, 48 died August 8, 2009 after a long illness. Darix was the son of Clarence "Wahoo" Johnson and the late Kathryn Johnson, He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tyrone Johnson and Erik Johnson; a sister Monalisa Nash. Survivors are a son, Blake Johnson of Cumming, Ga; father, Clarence "Wahoo" Johnson; sisters, Rose Evans of Milledgeville, Vonnie Johnson, Angie Suttles, Valerie Williams, and Kathy Johnson, all of Macon; brother, Darron Johnson of Macon; and numerous nieces and nephews. Darix was a roofing contractor, mechanic, and a jack of all trades. His love for horses got him into rodeo barrel racing and he loved drag racing. The family will notify relatives and friends of a memorial service date. Hart's Mortuary and Crematory has charge of arrangements,
