Daniel Robbins

Daniel Robbins, 64, of Macon, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022, and went home to be with his heavenly Lord, Jesus.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Ingleside Baptist Church with Dr. Mark Hudgins and Dr. Brett Brandewie officiating.  The family will greet friends an hour before the service in the Fellowship Hall.  Burial will be private at Macon Memorial Park.

Son of the late Laverl and Patricia Marquis Robbins, Daniel was a guitarist, playing at Ingleside Baptist Church for 25 years.  He worked in the financial sector for decades as an information security specialist, traveling around the country as an award-winning software representative.  He loved to travel the world, especially visiting castles and cathedrals in Europe.  His family was the most important aspect of his life, especially his grandson, Luke.  Daniel leaves a lasting legacy of serving the Lord.

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Hancock Robbins.

Daniel is survived by his children, Grace Rocker (Chris) of Lexington, South Carolina, and Eric Robbins, of Macon; and grandchild, Luke Rocker.
