Corinne "Aunt Keen" Bass

Corinne "Aunt Keen" Bass joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 12, 2017. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:30AM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local church. Corinne was the daughter of the late Alex "Boy" and Lizzie Bass. She was predeceased by five siblings. She was the true matriarch of her family. She was a homemaker that loved her family and devoted herself to everyone that crossed her path. Many referred to her as an earth angel. She was a devoted Christian that loved reading her bible, cooking for anyone that walked through her door and enjoyed gardening. For many years, she cared for children in her home like they were her own. She was the most selfless person who always put others before herself. Corinne is survived by her brothers, Hilton Bass of Macon, and Jack Bass of Gray; Stephanie Parker (Jim); Alex Bass (Anna) and their children, Hunter Bass, Maitland Bass all of Gray; Chip Womack (Annelle) and their daughter Sierra Weaver; Cindy Brown and her daughters Ashley Brown and Blake Brown; Carole Conley of Macon; and many more nieces and nephews.
