Conrad "Bucky" Buchanan Mcnair, Jr.

Macon- Conrad "Bucky" Buchanan McNair, Jr., 55, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, surrounded by his family and friends. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Medcen Foundation, 555 Hemlock Street, Macon, Georgia 31201. Bucky worked for R. L. Dunn for twenty years before opening Locksmith's Associates. He was a member of S.C.A., Middle Georgia Porsche Club and was an avid motor sports enthusiast and an extremely talented artist. Bucky is survived by his father, Conrad McNair; mother, Jacqueline Hanna McNair of Macon, GA; brother, Bill McNair (Jamie) of Macon, GA; sister, Andrea McNair Arnott (Noel) of Christchurch, England; niece and nephew, Ashley and Corey McNair of Macon, GA; devoted friends, Darlene Johnson and Dianne Mahlberg, both of Macon, GA; aunt, Nancy Hanna Stone of Williamsburg, VA and his uncle, Lary D.
