Clinton Charlie Adams, 75, of Macon, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026, at City Refuge Church, 1534 Tucker Road, Macon, GA 31220. Pastors Charles and Adrienne Stark will officiate.
Clinton was born in Macon on July 25, 1950, to the late Ealie John Adams and Georgia Americus Powell Adams. Woodworking was one of his greatest passions, and he found joy and pride in every project he completed.
Survivors include his three children: Christopher Adams, Travis Adams (Nicole), and Candice Adams; and one precious grandson, Ealie John-Wallace Adams. He will also be missed by his former wife, Barbara Adams; former wife and mother of his children, Kathy Diane Adams Carter; and nieces: Debbie Patton (Joey), Tammy Williams, and Rose Sangster.
In addition to his parents, Clinton was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Adams Sangster.
