Christopher "Chris" Clark Molton, Sr.

Christopher "Chris" Clark Molton, Sr. went to be with his heavenly father on 02/06/2016, following a brief illness. He was born at the Macon Hospital on February 2, 1961. Chris was the son of Harold Clark Molton Jr. and Margaret "Margie" Molton. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother and his step-mother, Sherry Belote Molton. He is survived by his sister, Laura M. Bowen, his father Harold Clark Molton, Jr., his sister, Rachel Ann Molton, and his three children, Sunny Lee Molton, Christopher Clark Molton, Jr. and Robert Forest Molton. He graduated from Southwest High School and attended Georgia College. He served in the Navy and worked at Robins Air Force Base in civil service. He was very bright, a Governor's Honors Student who loved math and to read any novel he could get his hands on. He had a big laugh, liked to fix things and enjoyed working as a mechanic. A private memorial service will be held for immediate family and close friends in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola at 2:00 pm on February 9, 2016. The family will receive the immediate family and close friends an hour prior to the service. Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola has charge of arrangements.
