Charles Terry Groover

Charles Terry Groover, 67, of Macon, died Friday, March 16, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the chapel of Hart's, Cherry Street. The family will greet friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made the Methodist Children's Home, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, GA 31204. Mr. Groover was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a graduate of the University of Georgia. He was a longtime salesman for Bryan Foods. Mr. Groover loved reading the Bible, cooking, and watching sports. He is predeceased by his father, Denmark Groover Jr.; mother, Catherine Terry; and his brothers, Denmark Groover III and Michael Sean Groover. Mr. Groover is survived by his brother, Duke Riley Groover (Catherine) of Macon; and his nephews, Pearce Denmark Groover, Noah Maxwell Groover and Jacob Eaton Groover.
