Charles Francis Carroll

Mr. Charles Francis Carroll, Sr., 75, of Macon, GA died Wednesday, June 15 at his home after an illness. Mr. Carroll was a native of Jeffersonville, IN. He was a retired manager with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp., having worked in Louisville, KY before transferring to their facilities in Macon. He is survived by son Charles F. Carroll, Jr., Indianapolis, IN, daughters Mary Deel and her husband Eric , Milford, OH, and Lee Ann Riffle, New Albany, IN, granddaughter Katie Deel, grandsons Andy Deel, Nathan Riffle, and great-grandson Landon Riffle. He is also survived by sister Halcyon M. Lotze "Sissy", and brothers Claude E. Fetter, Jr."Buddy", Joseph Fetter, and Allen Fetter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gailleen Carroll, father William E. Carroll, mother Mary F. Fetter, and step-father Claude E. Fetter, Sr. Private graveside services will be held at St. Anthony Cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN. Macon arrangements provided by Hart Mortuary and Crematory, Jeffersonville arrangements handled by E.
