Chad Ray Smith

February 23, 1969 – September 9, 2018

Chad Ray Smith passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Haddock Baptist Church with Reverend Ron McClung officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be private.

Chad has always enjoyed traveling, the beach and his many Ford Mustangs. He was truly a “free spirit.”

Chad is survived by his daughter, Raven Smith Colter (Jake) of Haddock, Georgia; sons, Chaz Smith of Jacksonville, Florida; Ched and Thad Smith of Gray, Georgia; parents Roger and Julie Smith of Blairsville, Georgia and a sister, Laura Jane Moody (Reo) of Haddock, Georgia.
