Cecil Colquitt Rawlins

Cecil Colquitt Rawlins, 62, died Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the Northside Coliseum Hospital after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. Dr. Neal Wall will officiate. Born November 24, 1950 in Macon, Georgia, Cecil was the son of the late James B. and Annie Ruth Rawlins. Cecil attended T.D. Tinsley Special Ed School. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Brenda Rawlins; niece, Carmen Richardson; nephews, John Rawlins and Kevin Rawlins; and his long-time friend and caregiver, Andrew Corr.
