Carolyn Lou York Gibbs

Carolyn Lou York Gibbs, 77, of Macon, passed away June 19, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 22, 2018 at Martha Bowman Memorial United Methodist Church with the Reverend John Carroll and the Reverend Fran Magoni officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Gibbs was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth L. York and Geraldine Heath York; son, Thomas Edwin Gibbs; and brother, Kenneth L. York, Jr.

Mrs. Gibbs is survived by her husband, Edwin F. Gibbs; children, Teri Lee Hall of Macon, and Tami Sue Gibbs of Macon; grandchildren, Andrew David Hall of Macon and Alexandra Elizabeth Hall of Macon; sisters, Beverly Ann Mackey (Lon) of Clearwater, Florida, Jacqueline Louise Bardroff of Indiana, Pennsylvania and Bonnie Lee York of Erie, Pennsylvania; brother, Dennis Charles York (Mary) of Erie; and several nieces and nephews.
