Carolyn Waits Tucker

Macon- Carolyn Waits Tucker, 76, of 529 Bolingreen Drive, died Thursday, May 27, 2010. Services will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 11:00AM at St. Joseph Church. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends following the funeral service at the church. Mrs. Tucker was a graduate of A. L. Miller High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Church where she served as a church hostess and on the parish council. She helped start the Adoration Chapel and was a member of Carmelites at St. Joseph. Mrs. Tucker was a member of Lay Cistercians of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Monastery in Conyers, GA. Mrs. Tucker is survived by her son, Ricky Tucker (Lynn) of Macon; daughters, Sheri Moore (Kirby) of Macon and Tanya Alley (Steve) of Marietta; grandchildren, Lindsay Stokes (Shane), Natalie Tucker, Megan Tucker, and Hannah Tucker, all of Macon, Tucker Berta of Atlanta, Kirby Moore of Macon, Tray Alley of Athens, Caroline Alley of Marietta, John Moore (Penny) of Madison and Kim Popham (Bryan) of Clarkesville; great-grandchildren, Tucker Stokes of Macon, Sara and Zach Moore of Madison and Tyler and Asa Popham of Clarkesville.
