Macon- Carolyn Crisp Florea, 68, of 2667 Penbrook Lane, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 11:00AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Alan McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. A rosary will be said on Monday at 6:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street, Macon, Georgia 31201. Mrs. Florea was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Tryphenia Crisp and was predeceased by a brother, Brian Crisp, and by a sister, Nancy Crisp. Mrs. Florea is survived by her husband, Louis Lowery of Macon; sister, Sharon Godwin (Woody) of Ohio; children, Joel Lowery (Nicole) of Gray and James Lowery of Macon; grandson, Benjamin Lowery of Gray; nieces, Dr. Jennifer Godwin and Katie Parsell, RN, both of Ohio; nephew, Sergeant Brian Godwin, serving in Afghanistan; great-nieces and great-nephew, Sarah, Brianna and TJ.
