Carolyn Carpenter died Friday, September 7, 2012. A memorial service will be at 4:30PM on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Dr. David Hunter officiating. Memorials may be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 6611 Zebulon Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mrs. Carpenter was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Lisa Etheridge (Thomas), Macon, and Lori Rooks, Warner Robins; mother, Fay Lax, Mansfield, Texas; sister, Janice Keeling (Bill), Burleson, Texas; and grandchildren, Taylor, Kennedi, Noah, Naudia, and Alyssa.
