Bunnie Jackson Couey

Bunnie Jackson Couey died December 13, 2018. Graveside services will be December 18, 12:00 noon at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Couey, daughter of the late George W. Jackson and Irma Smith Jackson was born in Washington County, Georgia November 27, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years Horace David Couey, sister Grace Jackson Claxton, brothers Douglas Jackson and GW Jackson.

She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker who loved her Lord.

Survivors include sons and daughter-in-laws Randy & Linda Oxley Couey and Glenn & Lisa Potts Couey, grandchildren Matt (Laura) Couey, Lauren Couey, Scott Couey, Michael (Ashley) Couey, Marc (Leslie) Couey, nine great grandchildren, brother Franklin Jackson, sister Shelbie (Glynn) Paschall, brother-in-law Wayne (Denise) Couey, sister-in-law Lucille Couey and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends following graveside services.

Hart’s Mortuary and Crematory, 765 Cherry Street, has charge of arrangements.
