Brenda Chester

Brenda Chester, 55, of Macon, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday March 20, 2021 at Hart’s at the Cupola with visitation to follow.  The service will also be livestreamed on Hart's Mortuary's Facebook page.

Brenda worked for over 36 years at the Georgia Farm Bureau. Her last position was an Underwriting Associate Project manager.  She was a loving wife, mother, and great friend.  She touched the lives of everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.  Brenda loved to go traveling and RVing to new places. She loved going to the mountains and beach, especially her girl excursions.

Mrs. Chester is survived by her husband, David H. Chester; son Blake (Maddy) Harris; former husband, Mike (Vienna) Harris; brother-in-law, Earl (JoAnn) Chester; many nieces and nephews; and her furbaby, Bella.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Rivers and Dorothy Rivers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Brenda’s honor to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund at nleomf.org.
