Bobby Radford Brooks

Bobby Radford Brooks passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in his home surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at St. Andrew Christian Church with the Reverend Richard Jones and Brooks Parish officiating. Burial will be in Doles Methodist Church Cemetery. Family will greet friends between 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 3525 Piedmont Road Northeast, Building 6, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30305. Bobby retired as a locomotive engineer with Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was a long term member and treasurer of Macon Exchange Club West, and a beloved member of the Tres Dias community. Bobby is survived by his wife of 62 years, MaNita Haygood Brooks; three daughters, Pamela Brooks Jones (Richard), Bonnie Brooks Parish (Ronnie), and Bobbie Beth Brooks.
