Billie Anne Dennard

Haddock, GA- Billie Anne Dennard, 187 Smith Drive, died Friday, September 25, 2009. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road with the Reverend Randy Carnley officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the Cupola. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Gordon United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 135 Main Street, Gordon, GA 31031.

Mrs. Dennard was an avid golfer and a member and past president of Bowden Ladies' Golf Association. She was a hairdresser and was co-owner of the Headhunters' Shop in the 1970's and 1980's. She then worked at Hair Company in the 1990's until her retirement.

Mrs. Dennard is survived by her husband, Ted Dennard of Haddock; son, Shannon Slade (Denise) of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Jason Slade, Paisley Slade and Canyon Slade, all of Lawrenceville; stepsons, Chandler Dennard of Savannah and Bryan Dennard of Haddock.
