Billie Ellen Bullington, 83, of Gray, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026. She was born on February 1, 1943, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William Isaiah Jimerson and Nettie Mae Gillum Jimerson. She worked as a bookkeeper at Commercial National Bank, where she began her career. It was during her time there that she and her husband, Wayne, became better acquainted. For their first date, they went to church twice in the same day.
Billie was a kind and giving person who never hesitated to do something special for others. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandson, Caden, and going on adventures together.
She loved the simple pleasures in life, including antiquing, shopping, and decorating. Billie also enjoyed traveling with her special friends and especially loved the mountains and visiting Nashville. Nashville held a special place in her heart, and she enjoyed spending time at Tootsie's, where she often met up with friends and made lasting memories.
Billie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 64 years, Wayne Bullington of Gray, Georgia; son, Jon Bullington (Kelly) of Macon, Georgia; daughter, Terry McNeill (Chad Phillips, Sr.) of Gray; grandchildren: Payton Bullington, Sara Kate Bullington, and Nick McNeill; sister, Sarah McClain of Gray; and brother, Flane Clevenger of Idaho.
In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Phil McNeill and grandson, Caden McNeill.
