W. O. "Bill" Taylor, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Services will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10:00AM Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 30132. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private at Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Taylor is predeceased by his parents William O. Taylor, Sr. and Annie Bell Walker Taylor; brother James Taylor; sister Jeanette Kirby; son-in-law Benjie Baggarly; and great grandchild, Kaylee Tidwell. He was born in Henry County, Alabama and spent his childhood in Columbus. He moved to Macon in 1953. Mr. Taylor was in the laundry and dry cleaning business as the former owner of Crescent Sno-White Cleaners and A&T Cleaners. He was a member of the Moose, Elk and Eagles Clubs. His interest were in helping his children and those less fortunate than himself. Mr. Taylor loved animals, gardening and spending time at "Taylor's Paradise". He is survived by his wife of 66 years Margie Corley Taylor of Macon; daughters, Beverly Taylor Baggarly of Macon and Susan Taylor Oliver (Dennis) of Jones County; son, Tim Taylor (Susan) of Gray; grandchildren, Brandon Baggarly (Jamie Rubbo), Bridgett Monroe (Jeff), Hannah Taylor (Justin Bell), Matthew Taylor (Caitlin Roberts), Sage Bownlee, Mesa Brownlee, Cade Brownlee, Jade Thibodeaux (Ronnie) and Ruby Holmes (Marcus); great grandchildren, Kayla , Haleigh, Taylor, Tyler, Emma Grace, Haven, Trace and Mason; and devoted family caretaker for 48 years, Sarah Brown Flemming.
