Betty Joyce Stringer

Betty Joyce Stringer was born in Bulloch County, Georgia on November 19, 1936. Preceded in death by Mother, Myrtice Lanier Hulsey and her father, Rosco Robert Husley of Millen, Georgia, and husband, Billy Joel Stringer of Macon, Georgia; siblings: Bobbie Nell Hendrix, Thomas C. Hulsey, Nita McClintock, and Doy Hulsey; and daughter-in-law, Julie Stringer. She is survived by her sons: Joel (Patty) Stringer, Dana Stringer; grandchildren: Adam (Jessica) Cochran, Heather (Brandon) Cruze, and Hunter (Hailey) Stringer; three great grandchildren; and siblings: Billie Jean Hodges, Mary Jo Lane, Linda (Kyle) Williams, Jacqueline (Jimmy Ray) Mercer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's or Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon Georgia 31210. Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, visitation at 2:00 p.m. with service at 2:30 p.m. at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry St, Macon, 31201 with Pastor Andy Oxford officiating.
