Betty Jean Hilliard

Betty Jean Short Hilliard, 82, entered into Heaven Aug 26, 2012 from her home in Cadwell, GA. She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church (Macon). Always thinking of others, Mrs. Hilliard arranged to have her remains donated to Mercer Medical School for teaching, therefore, there was no burial. The family gathered on Monday to honor her memory. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed. Survived by 5 children: Annette, Barbara, Susan, Shirley and Jimmy, 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Hart's Mortuary and Crematory, Cherry Street has charge of arrangements.
