Betty Hammock Haskins passed away on May 27, 2016. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 11:00AM at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens with the Reverend Hubert Addleton officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032. Betty was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Ruth Bush; and first husband James Hughie Hammock. She started her banking career at C&S Bank and eventually retired from Magnolia State Bank. Betty is survived by her husband, Julius "Dude" Haskins, Gray, GA; sons, Andy Haskins, Macon, GA, and Lark Haskins, Gray, GA; daughters, Debbie Langham (Michael) Gray, GA and Stephanie Malone (Jeff) Gordon, GA; grandchildren Jamie Langham (Laura), Jessie Langham, Tara Malone, Sara Grace Malone, Tammy Bailey (Ed), Caitlin Jones (Chris), Chaz Haskins and McKenzie Haskins; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews including her special niece, Susan Bass of Macon, GA.
