Bessie Madeline Watson

Macon- Bessie Madeline Bloodworth Watson, 84, of 4351 Davis Road, died at home following a long illness on Monday, December 6, 2010. Services will be held at New Seasons Worship Center, Dry Branch, Georgia on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 2:00PM with the Reverend Tim Lumley officiating. Burial will be in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The family may be contacted at the residence and will greet friends on Wednesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Mrs. Watson was born on April 19, 1926. She was predeceased by her husband, James Frank Watson, Sr. and by her son, James Frank Watson, Jr. Mrs. Watson was a member of New Seasons Worship Center. Mrs. Watson is survived by her children, Sue Rogers of Tennessee, Donald Chumley of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, Ronnie and Pat Hattaway of Macon, Barbara Hughes of Macon, Teresa and Mike Bennett of Jones County and Mary Wyatt of Macon; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
