Belle N. Phillips, 104, died on Monday, March 24, 2014. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:00AM at RiversideCemetery.
Mrs. Phillips was a member of RiversideUnitedMethodistChurch. She was the daughter of the late Mattie Swanson Newell and the late Buford Newell, Sr. and was predeceased by her son, Bill, and her brother, Buford, Jr.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by her sister-in-law, Mildred Newell of Macon and several nieces and nephews.
