Barbara Frances Valentine Mathews, 75 years old passed away on January 28, 2016 in Macon, GA. She was born in Charleston, SC. Survivors include sister Carolyn Gay, daughters Kimberly Lee (husband Larry Lee), Tracie Mathews Fitzgerald (husband Steven Fitzgerald), Shawn Chante Rogers; grandchildren Lauren C. Lee Jr (Colt), Virginia Lee, Savannah Lee, Jade Alexis Rogers, Matthew Shane Rogers. She was proceeded in death by her husband John A. Mathews, and her parents Bernice Harvey and Carlton Valentine. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice 6261 Peake Road, Macon GA 31210. Hart's Mortuary and Crematory has charge of arrangements.
