Barbara J. Diponzio

Barbara J. DiPonzio, 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Mrs. DiPonzio was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to entertain and cook. She was a talented water colorist. She was predeceased by her brother, Jack Kelley. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Frank A. DiPonzio of Macon; daughter, Debbie Ruskin (Mike) of Atlanta; sons, David DiPonzio (Kimberly) and Danny DiPonzio of Sugar Hill, Georgia; and six grandchildren, Fran Sponsler (Mark), Amy Ruskin, Rachael Ruskin, Nicholas DiPonzio, Lora Kate DiPonzio, and Jessica DiPonzio. Family will greet friends on Saturday, January 3, 2015 between 3:00-5:00PM at The Gables in the Wolf Creek Clubhouse, 5228 Forsyth Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. A Memorial Service is scheduled to be held at Rochester, NY at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to donor's favorite charity. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
