Barbara "B.J" Davis

Barbara "B.J" Davis, 74, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 5, 2013 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street with the Reverend Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Byron City Cemetery. The family will greet friends Sunday, August 4, 2013 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Davis was born in Macon to the late Lewis Benjamin Aultman and Nora Bell Keys and was a member of Bradley Baptist Church. She was predeceased by one son Tommy Swearingen. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Davis, Sr.; children, Johnny (Jessica) Bloodworth, Connie (David) Simmons, Bobby Swearingen and Troy Swearingen; grandchildren, Justin (Paula)Swearingen, April Williams Hill, Samantha (Lee) Nesmith, Alexis Swearingen, J.T Bloodworth, John Simmons and Heather Simmons, Jeannette and Keith Swearingen, Whitnie Lee Tisdle Swearingen; the loves of her life, her great grandchildren, Savannah Hill, Summer and Hunter Hill, Thomas and Hunter Nesmith, Avery and Levi Swearingen; step-children, Kenneth Wayne Davis, Jr. and Gregory Davis; sister, Mickey Palmer and several nieces and nephews.
