Asa Joseph White

Asa Joseph White, 58, of Macon, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Dr. Mark Hudgins will officiate. Born in Atlanta, he was the son of the late Asa Tillman White and Lillie Barbara Beatty White. He attended Ingleside Baptist Church and was a professional tattoo artist with the Ink Wizard for many years. In addition he was an accomplished musician, photographer and sculptor. He was predeceased by his brother, Jack White. He is survived by his sisters, Judith Hulgan of Macon; Emma Joyce White of Powder Springs, Georgia; Patricia Joan White of Jonesboro, Georgia and June Parsons of Macon. Several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Stroke Association, Southeast Affliate, Living Legacy Partnership, P.O. Box 409410, Atlanta, Georgia 30384.
