Anthony Paul "Tony" Walsh

Macon- On Tuesday, August 10, 2010, after a long and truly courageous battle with cancer, Anthony "Tony" Paul Walsh, age 48 of Macon, GA, died peacefully at his vacation home in Highlands, NC.

Tony is survived by his wife Isabel Gunn Walsh, daughters Sara Patton Walsh, Carrie Lynn Walsh, his parents Shirley and Garner Walsh, and brothers Johnny and his wife Judy, Edward and his wife Jill, and Kevin and his wife LeeAnne of Macon, GA, numerous brothers and sisters- in-laws, nephews and nieces. Tony is predeceased by his sister, Donna Maria Walsh.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11 at the Walsh ‘s home. Services will be at Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola in Macon, GA on Thursday at 4 p.m. with the Reverend Bob Veazey officiating. Burial will be private.
