Anne Eubank Tumlin

Macon- Anne Eubank Tumlin, 102, of 495 Vista Circle, died Thursday, April 22, 2010. Graveside services will be held at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 11:00AM with George Peake, Jay Lasseter and Bill Meeks officiating. The family may be contacted at the residence and will greet friends on Sunday from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the donor's favorite charity.

Mrs. Tumlin was the daughter of the late John Wesley Eubank and the late Tidie Elizabeth Bethea Eubank and the wife of the late Albert Loren Tumlin. She was an avid gardener, reader, organist and crocheter. Mrs. Tumlin was a manager of the Greyhound Bus Station in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Mrs. Tumlin is survived by her daughter, Daryl Anne Lasseter and her dear friend, Mary Catherine "Shorty" Daniels of Macon; grandchildren, Chris Anne Lasseter Peake and her husband, George of Perry, GA, June Anne Lasseter Meeks and her husband, Bill of Macon and Jay Lasseter of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; great-grandchildren, Anne Fruetel and her husband, Jon of Nashville, TN, David Peake and his wife, Mary Beth of Gainesville, GA, Daniel Peake of Auburn, AL, Steven Peake, John Peake, and Andrew Peake, all of Perry, GA, Matt Meeks, Sam Meeks and Macy Anne Meeks, all of Macon; great-great-grandchild, Jack Fruetel of Nashville, TN.
