Ann Newberry Wilson

Macon- Ann Newberry Wilson, 93, formerly of Macon, died on Monday, February 6, 2012 in Florida. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 2:00PM at Macon Memorial Park. Dr. David Hunter will officiate. The family will greet friends on Friday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Mrs. Wilson, born in Lizella, Georgia on December 29, 1918, was a dedicated member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Wilson, daughter, Deborah Jones, a grandson and a great-granddaughter. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her daughters, Barbara Bryan (William) and Charlotte Schaff (Richard); brother, Harry Newberry (Terry); sister, Laverne Brewer (George); seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
