Ann Strong Taylor

Ann Strong Taylor, 82, of High Point North Road, died Monday, October 20, 2014. Services will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 11:00AM at Riverside United Methodist Church with the Reverend Steve Waldorf officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, and on Thursday from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Riverside United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Riverside United Methodist Church, 735 Pierce Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204 or to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, or to a charity of the donor's choice. Mrs. Taylor was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church and the Stephens Ministry. She was a 1950 graduate of A. L. Miller High School. Mrs. Taylor was a member of Alpha Nu Chapter of Epsilon Nu Alpha, Macon Woman's Club, Exchangettes of Macon and Red Hat Society. She was retired from GMAC. Mrs. Taylor was a prolific artist. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Kenneth B. Taylor of Macon; daughter, Pattie Alliston (Asa) of Milledgeville; sons, Kenneth D. Taylor (Leslie Ann) of Milledgeville and Michael E. Taylor (Deborah) of Ball Ground, Georgia; grandchildren, Jamie Clark (Chad), Clay Alliston (Rebecca), Kenley Taylor, Chloe Taylor, Steven Taylor, James Taylor and Loren Freeman (Taylor) and six great-grandchildren.
