Andy Asbell

Tony Asbell passed away on October 27, 2017. A chapel service will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Hart's Chapel on Cherry Street with the Reverend Mike Young officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Asbell was a graduate of Willingham High school and was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was the owner of New Way Cleaners for many decades. Mr. Asbell enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren, especially at the beach. Mr. Asbell was predeceased by his wife, Debbie Asbell and his brother, Jamey Asbell. Mr. Asbell is survived by his daughters, Deirdre Copelan (Drew) of Eatonton, Georgia; Andrea Smith of Macon; grandchildren, Hunter and Parker Copelan of Eatonton, and Jackson and Ella Francis Smith of Macon; parents, Andy and Verbia Asbell of Macon; sister, Sandra McCollum (David) of Jacksonville, Florida; sister-in-law, Connie Thompson of Macon; and a niece and several nephews.
