Alan Land, 65, of Milledgeville, Georgia died Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 2:00PM at Stone Creek Baptist Church with the Reverend Mark Grinstead officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence of Malcolm and Evelyn Land and will greet friends on Thursday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street. Mr. Land was a member of Stone Creek Baptist Church. He was an employee of Macon Beauty Supply for fifty years. Mr. Land enjoyed being on the lake, fishing and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Land is survived by his wife, Annette Land of Lake Sinclair, Georgia; children, Tracy Haynes (Wesley) of Macon, Alana Mullins (Michael) of Buford, Keeley Thompson (Richard) of Gray and Jim Simmons of Dry Branch; grandchildren, Annsley Haynes, Gracy Haynes, Ethan Thompson and Ryan Thompson; parents, Malcolm and Evelyn Land of Macon; brother, Steve Land (Charlotte) of Byron; sister, Jennifer Land of Houston, Texas.
