Steven Franklin Crumbley met his beloved Lord and Savior face to face Saturday, February 15. A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at the Chapel of Hart’s Mortuary at the Cupola on Saturday, February 22, 2025. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 with the memorial service immediately following. A fellowship will be held afterwards at Christ Chapel Macon, 170 Starcadia Circle, Macon GA 31210.
Steve was born in Macon, GA to the late Frank Crumbley and Jo Nell Landrum Crumbley. He was a retired truck driver from the family business, C&S Transfer. Steve was a member of Christ Chapel Macon. He was an avid golfer, motorcycle enthusiast and lifelong fan of the Atlanta Falcons and Nascar driver, awesome Bill from Dawsonville.
Steve was a loving husband, father, grandpa and friend. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Rose Davis and Barbara Barnett. Survivors include his loving wife, Melva Crumbley; children, Josh Crumbley (Kelly) and Cheyenne Crumbley Duffy (Colin); step-children, Jason Harris (Kelly), Heather Harris; grandchildren, Vince and Maggie Crumbley, Turner and Jules Duffy, Sierra & Mason Brackett, Shane & Savannah Dobson, Madison Harris, Ethan Harris, Gracie Marie Peace, and five great granddaughters; Sister, Patricia Horan; Brother, Johnny Crumbley (Peggy), numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
