Joni Delvers

Joni Delvers, 57, of 112 Mandy Court, died Thursday, July 26, 2012. Services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart’s Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will be in Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The family may be contacted at the residence and will greet friends on Sunday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home.

Joni, daughter of the late Donald Savage and the late Mildred Fisher Savage, was predeceased by her sister, Judy Layson. She loved gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs.

Joni is survived by her husband, Butch Delvers of Macon; daughters, Heather Nickole Layson and Crystal Brooke Snow, both of Juliette, Georgia; grandchildren, Brian Kyle Waits of Jones County, Georgia and Marissa Nickole Herndon of Gray, Georgia; sisters, Yvonne Hawkins (Hawk), Linda Savage, Elaine Adams, Martha Braun, Nancy Phillips, Rosie Savage, Melanie Savage Smith, Janie Downer and Ann Savage; brother, Billy Savage.
