Gray- Debra “Debbie” Ann Nipper of Gray passed away June 10, 2012. She is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years Ronnie Nipper, her sister Trina & Scott, In-laws Mrytie Nipper, Paul & Tammy Nipper, Vickie & Danny Smith, 3 nieces and 5 nephews, and her adored pets Sparky and Dumas. She is preceded in death by her mother Peggy Morgan. Debbie’s unselfishness, passion for all things Georgia Bulldogs, her enthusiasm for the Green Bay Packers, and her love for her family & Friends will be treasured by all who knew her. A memorial service for Debbie will be held at a later date to be announced. Family may be contacted at 192 Deer Creek Circle, Gray GA.
