Macon- Lawrence Edward Chastain, 75, of 1212 Gray Highway, #313, died Friday, April 13, 2012. Services will be held on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Hart’s Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00PM until 4:00PM.

Mr. Chastain, well known as a milk man, loved his job. He enjoyed coaching Little League baseball and Midget League football. Mr. Chastain was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle.

Mr. Chastain is survived by his daughter, Donna Carroll (Ronald) and his son, Donnie Chastain (Debbie); six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
